Coffee

The Sumatra crop has been somewhat limited for a couple of years but highly sought after. This is a French roasted bold, full bodied coffee with syrupy and chocolate flavors with low acidity.

This coffee is a medium-bodied complex coffee, with sweet acidity and hints of fruit and molasses. Provides a smooth cup with a crisp finish. (Not available in decaf.)

This is a good, strong, full bodied coffee suitable for a morning cup or a great dessert coffee. (Available in regular or decaf.)

From the gorgeous islands of Indonesia comes a delicate, sweet coffee grown in rich volcanic soil. Lower acidity and earthiness compared to a Sumatran coffee, while still keeping a full body and smooth finish. (Not available in decaf.)

Heavier than some of the other Central American coffees, this is a full bodied coffee with hints of citrus and mild chocolate. One of the more sought after Central American coffees due to its creamy body and balance. (Not available in decaf.)

Colombian Supremo provides a heady aroma, a very rich, lightly sweet flavor, and an excellent balance of body and acidity. Roasted to a Medium Roast level allows you to enjoy the full bodied flavors of the Colombian beans.

This is SHB coffee (strictly hard bean) so it is grown above 3,900 feet and full of flavor. Taken to French Roast, this coffee becomes more chocolaty, with hints of caramel. (Not available in decaf.)
