This is a great espresso blend to get your morning started.  This is not a typical dark roast espresso.  We roast this to a Full City Roast level, prior to the natural oils appearing on the bean surface.  This is a three-origin blend; two from South American and one from Africa, which produces a smooth espresso, with nice creama.  It stands up to milk based drinks but can easily stand alone.  (Available in regular or decaf.)
