A delicious blend of three Central & South American coffees and one African coffee provide a full bodied, flavorful cup of coffee. This is the "Bold" versions of our Signature blend and will be taken to a French roast level for those who like a more bold flavor profile. (Not available in decaf.)

We are a family of big time coffee drinking and I was looking for something more than mediocre coffee and oh my!!! Did we ever find it! This coffee is full, rich and so delicious with no bitterness whatsoever! It’s amazing as an americano, and wonderful as a latte or however you fix your coffee! I am so excited to have found a local roaster and even more exciting is the amazingly,delicious coffee they offer.

This is one of my go to orders. Nice deep flavor. Everything I get from Raphael's is delicious. Three generations of my family order all their coffee from here. I won't buy coffee from anywhere else!

This is one of my favorite Dark Roasts EVER
I like my coffee DARK (but not burnt). This coffee has flavor and nuance while ALSO being dark and bold. If I could only pick ONE coffee to drink forever - this would be that coffee. Unfortunately not everyone in my house likes dark coffee, but this one, this one is MINE!

After being in the coffee biz for over 25 years... hands down Raphael's Signature Bold-Dark Roast is THE BEST. Smooth, rich, leaves a happy taste on the pallet. We drink ours black when hot and with a lil cream when cold and both hot or cold it's fantastic! Well Done Raphael's, Well Done!
