item that you wish to order and the shopping cart program will tabulate the
charge, shipping cost, and tax (if you live in Tennessee or Georgia). Please
note that if a dark roast is available, the cost is $.25 more per pound. If
decaffeinated coffee is available, the cost is $.50 more per pound. You will
have an opportunity to review your order and the total before submitting the

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, call our Customer Service Representatives
at 800-428-7331, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Central time, Monday-Friday, and we will send you a postage-paid
return label.
Shipping Policy
We strive to ship all orders within one to two working days from receipt. We ship UPS and,
therefore, cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

$25.01 to $45 = $7.25
$45.01 to $65 = $8.25
$65.01 to $85 = $9.25
$85.01 to $9999.99 = $10.25
