THE CAUSES
Sales of our 35 N. Coffee Co. brand coffees are designed to help people around the world. We do this in two ways. First, we purchase only Fair Trade Certified, organic coffee. This helps the growers directly and their immediate growing communities. Although these coffees are inherently more expensive than market commodity prices, we believe the benefit of ensuring fair wages for the growers is well worth the higher purchase price. Second, we return a portion of every sale to select organizations and ministries.
10% of the purchase price of each 35 N. Coffee Co. product will go to your selected cause. How can you trust that this will happen? Because we recognize that the God of mercy and provider of salvation is also a perfectly just God to whom we will give an account for every penny we collect for His glory! So, rest assured!
When you purchase any of our 35 N. Coffee Co. brand coffees, you will have the opportunity in your shopping cart to select which specific cause you would like to impact through your donation. BABY SAFE ORGANIZATION
Baby Safe is located in Sun Valley (near Cape Town), which is home to thousands of African refugees and South Africans struggling to survive. In the midst of poverty, unemployment, a 40% HIV/AIDS infection rate, and the devastation inflicted by addiction, domestic abuse and broken families, they have discovered a tragic consequence: that new born babies are literally being thrown away.
Baby Safe was birthed out of the realization that next to nothing was being done to prevent this atrocity. Baby Safe workers proactively intervene with abandoned infants that are found, and also provide an anonymous baby drop location, or “Baby Safe.” Their desire is to help women that find themselves in desperate circumstances, but who may be uncomfortable coming forward to discuss their situations, by providing an alternative and anonymous system. Additionally, they aim to prevent baby dumping by reaching out to at-risk pregnant women before they reach such a point. Baby Safe offers counseling-related services and resources for expecting mothers and new moms alike. Baby Safe is building a network of safes in areas of need throughout Cape Town and South Africa. THE WOJTON FAMILY
Ryan, Jeanette, and Judah Wojton are missionaries with Youth With A Mission. They are stationed in Germany with a focus on North Africa and South Asia. They are training and discipling new missionaries and also assisting in erasing extreme poverty in Africa and Asia. Their goal and hope is to see a world where justice reigns, and the kingdom ethics of Christ abound.
